How much money has been given by well meaning people in the name of charity?

Where has all this money gone?

Balls, Galas, Fundraisers?.... Have we cured cancer? Have we solved the worlds problems? We've spent the money and where are the results?

We think it feels great to donate and give money or time. But, when you constantly get asked for more, it makes you think you haven't done enough.
